The 23rd Annual High Times Cannabis Cup will be held from November 21-25, 2010. Last year at the 22nd Cup, BC Bud Depot won again, with their now legendary strain The Purps. It was the second time in as many years that The Purps from BC Bud Depot came away with a prize. Since then, The Purps was also named a Top 10 Canadian Strain of All-Time.
