  • Can I request a refund or exchange for my order?
    • No, a purchase cannot be altered or refunded once a purchase is made. This decision is final.
    • If your order has a tracking number, it cannot be exchanged or refunded, so please keep this in mind.
    • Remember, if your order includes a tracking number, it is considered final and cannot be returned or exchanged. However, changes can be made if there is no tracking number.
    • You will receive a refund for packages with tracking numbers if they are unopened, undamaged, and marked as ‘returned to sender.’
  • Where does my order originate from?
    • If you are in Canada, your order originates from Vancouver, British Columbia, and should arrive within 3 to 7 days.
    • Orders are shipped from Los Angeles, California, for other locations, and typically take 3 to 7 days to arrive.
  • What if my seeds have a low germination rate, less than 80%?
    • Please contact us and provide details on how you attempted to cultivate the seeds. We will determine the issue and assist you in improving your results for the next time.
  • How can I obtain free seeds?
    • You can receive a complimentary seed by giving us a perfect five-star rating.
    • Additionally, if you spend over $420 on purchases, we will include ten extra seeds free of charge.

  • How can I avoid paying for shipping?
    • Orders totaling $200 or more qualify for free delivery.
  • How can I submit pictures?
    • You can email your pictures to [email protected]
    • If you wish to be featured on our social media, please email  [email protected] with the strain’s name and pictures.
      • You can choose whether you want your social media account information to be displayed publicly or kept private.

International Shipping Information:

  • It will be considered an international delivery if you intend to send items outside of Canada, the United States, or US Territories. To proceed with this, a minimum expenditure of $200 or purchasing at least 20 seeds is required.
  • You are responsible for covering any applicable taxes, fees, or additional charges associated with international shipments.
  • We utilize discreet shipping methods, and it is essential to provide accurate email addresses and phone numbers specific to your respective country when placing an order.
  • Please be aware that if you purchase from outside the United States, exchanges or refunds for your order are impossible.
  • Regrettably, we cannot guarantee an 80% germination rate for seeds shipped internationally.
  • While we cannot provide an exact delivery date, we will provide you with a USPS tracking number, enabling you to track the progress of your shipment. 
  • We offer various payment methods for international customers, including:

Payment Methods and Discounts

  • After a purchase is completed, modifying or receiving a refund is impossible.
  • For the convenience of our esteemed customers, we display prices in USD. However, if you are purchasing from Canada, you can choose your country during checkout to view prices in Canadian dollars.
  • We welcome Visa or Mastercard credit and debit cards from customers in the United States and Canada. Additionally, we offer the alternative of making payments with Bitcoin.

  • Please note that money orders and mail transfers should be payable to BC Bud Depot. If you include ‘Seeds’ in the memo, we will hold the shipment until we receive further instructions.
  • It’s important to be aware that we will need to verify your identity for deliveries and purchases exceeding USD/CAD 420. Transactions exceeding this amount cannot be reversed.
  • Discount coupons cannot be combined with ongoing deals or promotions. Using a cash transaction, you can only apply seed credits or coupons from prior purchases when placing a new order. If you wish to apply credits, discounts, or payments to your current order, kindly request assistance from one of our representatives.

Delivery and Shipment Issues

  • As all sales are final, we cannot accommodate refund requests or exchanges.
  • We do not provide compensation for any loss or damage that may occur during the shipping process.
  • For orders totaling less than $200, there is a standard delivery fee of $20.
  • Orders within the United States are dispatched from Los Angeles, California, and are shipped to customers in all 50 states and U.S. territories via USPS Priority Tracking.
  • For our Canadian customers, domestic orders are shipped from Vancouver, British Columbia, using Canada Post.
  • Packages are typically expected to arrive within 3 to 7 days after shipping, depending on the chosen shipping carrier. Please note that the delivery schedule of the postal carrier may be subject to change.
  • Once an item departs from our warehouse, the recipient or customer should contact their local mail carrier to initiate a claim for any delays or issues. Below, you will find some links to tools that can assist in filing claims:

  • A Postal Service claim number is required to facilitate resending packages reported as stolen or lost during delivery.
  • Additionally, parcels with a confirmed “Delivered” status will require a Postal Service claim number for reshipment. Please include updated address information or proof of delivery confirmation with the new shipment.

Germination Guarantee

  • We can ensure a germination rate exceeding 80% when our recommended method, provided with each order, is diligently followed.
  • After a taproot has developed, plant the seed in regular potting soil to ensure its survival.
    • NO nutrients or NO fertilizers 
  • Once the seeds have taken root in the soil, their growth and outcome depend on the care the cultivator provides.
  • Please be aware that returns or exchanges are impossible once you purchase our seeds, so please ensure your commitment to them.
  • BC Bud Depot cannot control how the plants respond to their environment; therefore, we are not liable for their growth.
  • We commit to an 80% germination rate for seeds in any package if our germination instructions are accurately followed.
  • It’s important to note that we will only replace the seeds if you use bottled spring water for germination and the germination rate falls below 80%. Tap water, RO water, distilled water, well water, etc., are unacceptable for this purpose.
  • We cannot guarantee seed growth if placed in a bag, covered, or subjected to a seed heating mat during germination.
  • For order-related assistance, we can provide one product replacement per order.
  • You may claim the germination guarantee within two years of seed purchase if they are stored correctly and the recommended germination method is adhered to.
